What is roadside assistance?

It is an assistance provided on the road side, your home, office or any other place for which you have subscribed for. We will reach you out in minimum time, generally in 30 minutes and will try to fix the vehicle. If it is not fixable at roadside, we will toe your vehicle to the garage.

How do I get roadside assistance?

You can simply download the Android or IOS app or visit our website i.e.  www.rsapakistan.com use our agents on ground, in retail shops and subscribe one of our four packages.

When can I use roadside assistance?

You may utilize your subscription as and when required. We are a 24/7 service, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services which are as follows:

  • Flat tyre
  • Jump start
  • Fuel
  • Accident
  • Key lock assistance
  • Heat up
  • Repair and fixing on spot or towing & recovery to garage
  • Courtesy drop off also accommodation ( if eligible)
What and where is your coverage area?

Currently, we are operational in Islamabad / Rawalpindi. Hopefully soon you will see us all around Pakistan.

What type of plans do you offer?

RSA is offering four different kind of plans for its clients i.e. silver, gold, platinum and bike insurance plan. Please visit our website or download the App for more details.

How fast is the service?

RSA aims to reach you out in about 30 minutes’ time frame.

What are the charges & any additional cost associated with your service ?

RSA is offering four different cards/packages for its clients. All prices are in PKR and subject to change without notice for more details please visit our website.

If I am broken down in night and travelling with family , do they need to wait on road side till my car is fixed ?

No, they don't have to wait in the middle of the night. RSA will arrange courtesy vehicle for your family so they are able to reach at their desired destination.

What if I don’t know where I am when my car breaks down ?

Don’t worry RSA will track down your location. All you need to do is click RESCUE ME button on the application & RSA will track you down via map.

What if I am broken down outside the coverage area ?

Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.

What are the operating hour of your service ?

RSA is a 24/7, 365 days breakdown/recovery service.

How do I receive my membership card ?

You will receive your digital member ship card via app notification or SMS on your mobile. You may order the physical card if you wish for an extra cost of PKR 500 which will cover our printing and courier service cost.

Is it possible to transfer roadside assistance membership ?

Unfortunately, NO that is not the company’s policy.

Tailored for customers who want insurance for vehicles and hospitalization

  • Services available for breakdown on road
  • Services available for breakdown at home
  • On-spot fixing
  • Towing to nearest garage
  • Digital App to manage account and services.
Can I avail my membership on my other cars too ?

No you cannot avail your membership on other cars until or unless you have purchased our personal cover i.e. Gold Card where you are covered instead of your vehicle. You could be in any car.

I have a new car do I need to take it to a dealership for maintenance in order to keep my warranty valid ?

No! Forget all about that old myth. As long as you follow the specifications given by the manufacturer (which can be found in your handy owner’s manual) your warranty is valid. At Car Repair Service, we always follow the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule. We’ll make sure your warranty remains valid and your car remains happy for many miles to come!
